RADIATORS FROM SPACE – Enemies / Psychotic Reaction

The Radiators were the first Punk band to come out of Dublin. ‘Enemies’ was a song taking to task the weekly music paper NME, which gave RED-TOP style banner headline coverage to a gig played by the band at Dublin University at which a member of the audience unfortunatelly lost his life . Although the killing did not take place in the hall where the band had played, the NME headline sensationalising the murder meant that the Radiators had a lot of gigs cancelled as the implication was that they were in some way responsible for the tragedy.
